All rights related to “Momone Chinoi” belong to the original creator.
This guideline defines “the Content” as:

“Momone Chinoi,” as well as all photographs, illustrations, audio, and any related materials to which rights belong to “Momone Chinoi.”
To protect the worldview and integrity of the Content, the following acts are prohibited.
Prohibited Actions

Use, modification, or reproduction of the Content beyond the legally permitted scope of quotation.

Use the Content as an icon or profile picture (only those created by you personally are allowed).
Posting screenshots from livestreams and using those screenshots as icons are generally permitted. However, please refrain from actions or statements that harm or damage the image of “Momone Chinoi.”
Unauthorized reposting of YouTube members-only content or FANBOX supporter-exclusive images, articles, or audio is strictly prohibited.
About Fanworks (Secondary Creations)
We welcome fanworks based on the Content.
Please note that works with the FA tag may be used within this activity.
Fanworks must remain within a personal, hobby-based scope.
Commercial-purpose production or usage, and corporate use, are not permitted.
The following content is prohibited in derivative works:

Use of Music
All rights to original and cover songs of “Momone Chinoi” belong to the creator.
Singing covers, hand-drawn videos, DJ mixes, and other derivative works may be used without prior permission as long as the following are respected:
Please follow:
• Do not use the music for fully commercial purposes.
• Avoid using music in any form that causes harm or trouble to others.
• When using a song, please include the original title URL and credit the creator.

Notes About Audio Sources
• Off-vocal files are distributed only for songs with an officially published MV on YouTube. Please refrain from creating singing covers for songs whose MV has not been released.
• Please do not publish or distribute covers using independently removed or modified vocals.
(We ask your understanding, as unintended audio leaks or circulation of non-public files is not desired.)
Other Notes
• Use at club or DJ events does not require prior permission as long as the above rules are followed.
• Depending on the content and place of publication, we may request the removal of derivative works.
